I have been running boot camps for 4 years now and I came across BRF music a couple of years ago. I bought a few different tracks and I can honestly say they are great to listen to and make my job alot easier.
When teaching it is quite easy to let time over run when you are busy giving instructions and motivating (especially in the rest period). However by using the interval tracks it is easier to stick to time as all timings are set out and it makes sure you don't give clients too much rest ha!
The music iteself is motivating as it has good beats which seems to make people work harder. I would highly recommend using the tracks in boot camp or PT sessions. Excellent products and excellent service from Rich makes it easy to go back and use again :)
